As I sit here reading this post, I was in the process of writing a thank you to someone for just being themselves, I see we are on the same wave length. Thank You

Yes...gratitude...it makes the difference...I have taken to reviewing all the events of the day I am grateful for just before falling asleep......and guess what..they mount up..Today a wonderful little notebook came my way and I think I will turn it into a gratitude journal..or something like that...

Thank you Sahila for your wonderful idea

I am grateful for each day and all the abundance that is always present. As I practice being grateful I feel so much better and start to get lighter and lighter and the Universe smiles and sends more my way to be grateful for..

Sometimes I am grabbed by the thought that things do not run the way I would want them to run.... Oh wait, my thoughts become things... I smile and I realize that it is me that is standing in the way, Today was such a day where I did not feel satisfied by the things I did, but after some contemplation I came to realize that I am so lucky, so rich and so loved that only gratitude could reflect my position in life at this (and any) moment. I know since I do pray my whole life (51 ) and in my prayers I am always grateful for all things that touched my life and the last moths I add vlessings to my prayer, I bless people around me, people far away, people that need blessings, people in general and being able to bless make me even more grateful. Writing this brings a smile on my face and a feeling of relaxation, freedom and peace and most off all relieve... I accept that I am not guilty of anything, that I do not have to blame myself or others (mostly whern you feel bad about yourself) things happen according my own point of view and when I shift that point towards the glorious and beauriful things in my life I can only be happy, joyfull and grateful.
Even grateful for the not so great feeling that brought to me a new level of awareness and therefor I am Grateful.

Thank you all for being here, Thank you Elyse for your experiment

Love, joy and abundance

My friends write some of the most beautiful 'thank you' notes to me and I save them. I buy cards to send in 'thanks' but often too much times passes before I sit and write and they don't get sent. I will be better because I feel wonderful thinking about the ones I receive. I will pass that energy along!

I just love the way I FEEL when I focus on gratitude and appreciation. When I start thinking of all the things I'm grateful for, I realize I have a whole lot of things to be grateful for and I feel joy and appreciation. The feeling of abundance and joy is wonderful!

Today I am grateful that we had sunshine. For the first part of the day we had sunshine. We have had so much grey that it is delightful to see the sunshine and I feel so much better when the sun shines.

Regarding the vision boards. I wish I could say my vision boards had produced my dreams. It would be great if I could say that and they might. It has not been 5 years since I made my vision boards. So, who knows. It can happen and miracles happen all the time.

For some strange reason my post did not appear here. I really want to share it so I will write it again. I am grateful for moments of humor and humility. I had this hilarious experience to this regard this past weekend and want to share it.

We were driving to our favorite scuba site and I was chatting with my beloved about the prosperity game. After we had finished chatting, I was internally questioning whether or not the game was useful to me. I reflected on last weeks experiment - to set an intention of something and notice if I see it in the world. My intention was "red car." Since I don't leave the house much during the week, I did not see my intention and thought to myself, "that's OK, I have done this experiment before and know that it works." Truth is, I had set my intention and forgot about the whole thing.

So here I am driving along, and I am behind an erratically driving vehicle. It sped up, slowed down, sped up, slowed down and I found myself getting annoyed. Suddenly I realized what I was following....a RED CAR! I laughed to myself! How perfect! My attention was being caught through annoyance but what I am seeing is perfect! I then put my attention on red vehicles. In the next 30 min I saw 196 red vehicles! They were EVERYWHERE! This was not in a populated urban setting, mind you, but country roads leading to a small town. How funny! I was and am grateful for the lesson.

Additionally, I put my attention towards emailing clients who owe us money, expressing gratitude to them while asking them to please honor their payment. It sure felt better than berating them!

I am truly grateful for the abundance in which I am IMMERSED!

The attitude of gratitude has definitely shifted things for me. Years ago I used to keep a gratitude journal. Heck I used to keep a journal. It is time to get back into those practices. Playing the prosperity game has made it easy for me to be thinking of things that I am grateful for. I am noticing that as I am grateful I am finding more things to be grateful for. I am also grateful for affirmations. I used to use them years ago to shift my life, and then for some reason I had stopped that practice too. Maybe at those times I had reached some sort of resistance. Along with the gift giving idea I have heard of people who pay for the coffee for the next person in line deal, or randomly buy someone breakfast in a fast food line. They are all ways that we can show kindness. Thank you so much for all of you here and for Elyse for running this experiment.
