Faith that we are meant to be prosperous can be found every single day. The world is full of evidence of this in my opinion. I am especially convinced this week as we just sold our house for top dollars withour really advertising it and am about to buy our perfect unit to suit our peripatetic life as we now live it. We also found the perfect office in the perfect place at the perfect price.
Apart from this, every morning we enjoy our coffee watching the glorious bird-life as it passess through at various times that suit each species as the sun rises and the world gradually wakes up. Life is grand and everyewhere you look there is evidence of the joyous prosperity we were meant to enjoy.

The centralized message here is have faith that prosperity is our God given right just like breathing, if you are living then this is what you are entitled to, this is an awesome analogy and yes I get it!!! I finally understand. I will keep this analogy in mind until it becomes part of my being.
Thanks so much for this awesome community.

The time will come when you will satisfy a need for money by steadfastly depending on the Master Self within — and not on anything in the world of form.

I love this and I feel like I am getting closer to living this reality everyday...I have always felt that this was so but never had anyone to believe it with me and just thought that I was a bit too idealistic...I am so thankful to be part of this community!!!

That you, Kathy. That does help-living in our 'natural state.' And, your comment about 'holding breath when we are in fear' will be with me today. I find myself holding my breath often.

Thank you!!!!
Enjoy your day!

Mary C.
Maybe this could help.
Air is our natual state of being or living. We do not live in water or in a vacuum. For fish it would be water.
When we are in our natural state, air is abundant and we dont have to think about it. Breath in, breath out. Money energy
flowing in and out is our natural state. Money in, money out. We dont have to think about it. But when we are fearful, (and all the other emotions that go with that) we are out of our natural state and even air does not flow easily. Ever notice how much we hold our breath when we are in fear? So I think that the quote is simply stating that we should be living in our natural state. When we choose to live outside of our natural state, then things stop flowing. Just like if you held your breath long enough, you would stop the flow of life, by living in fear we stop the flow of money (and alot more).
I don't know if it helps but I just had to express this to you.

I have been stuck for a long time in that second quote. Years ago I used to manifest frequently. I felt masterful then. Then something happened. I made a change in my life and I stopped feeling good about myself. I stopped feeling masterful. I felt out of control and little again. It took me a long time to figure out that I was now dealing with my inner child and she did not feel masterful. She was taught so many things about lack and limited supply. Now I can say that I am beginning to feel masterful again.

Something struck me when I was rereading Doreen Virtue's "Healing with the Fairies." A being Doreen was talking to made a comment as to "Why don't humans manifest what they need instead of using the earth's precious resources?" They said that is what they do. This made me think. I have manifested money in my wallet when there was none (out of thin air). The Universe is the source of my supply. People and circumstances can bring me those things, but it doesn't have to be that way. In all the old teachings don't they say "Know thyself?" I think this is what is meant as "depending on the Master Self within" from the quote above.

I have a friend that has moved five times in the last two years. I have been frustrated with her because each time she doesn't take her stuff with her. She gives it all away. Well wouldn't you know it, every time she she has moved she has manifested new furniture, pots and pans and dishes. I could learn something from her.

I am not sure why my post did not save. Perhaps this is not the place to ask for help in understanding?

I do not understand this logic because air is only available in the right circumstances. Yes, I breath heavily and hold it when I enter water. It is not present in a vacuum and I would not be able to manifest it.

So, do we not also need the right circumstances for money?? While both money and air are the same energy, would it not follow that because we can not create air that we can not create money? I truly do not understand this.

I read these quotes and the message speaks to me on one hand and the other gets anxious - what if I don't believe enough, what if I'm not enough. I understand that I am creating scarcity and then i allow myself to hear the message. There is enough, more than enough of everything - including money and prosperity, to love and to accept. I can be free of the constraints of the past, free from the hangups, the fear, the doubt, the worry. I am free to receive, to be grateful, to ask.

I believe in the laws of prosperity. God is my Source. My clients are not the source. My family is not the source. My checkbook is not the source. God is my source. I am confused at times as to my role. When do I take actin and cut back on expenses to free up room for more abundance and when I do I continue to give and believe that more is on the way.

This game is a great place for me to think and write down these thoughts, to be honest with myself and the others who are playing with me. As part of the group energy and learning and listening to the others in the group, I am free to share my fears and to share my anticipation of the prosperity that is on its way.

My holding on to the belief in lack, and thus holding on to money itself, is actually holding me back from being in the flow of abundance and prosperity. What strikes me about playing this "game" is the certain knowledge that more is coming in tomorrow--even more than I have today. This is the Truth with which I begin to resonate.

What do these quotes mean to you?
~ What is the central message of each quote?
Abundance is at our fingertips. It is only our own fear of scarcity that holds us back from knowing and experiencing the true potential of the abundance available to us.

~ Do you resonate with the central messages?
I do resonate with the messages. The first quote rang true to me right away but I initially felt resistance to the second one. The Abraham quote speaks so clearly and precisely about our resistance toward trusting that there will always be enough of everything that I feel it’s almost impossible not to resonate with it.

The second quote was more difficult for me. I felt a strong resistance to the words “Master Self” and thus felt resistance to the message though I understood it on a deeper level. I have spent the past couple days sitting with the words “Master Self” asking myself what I don’t like about them or why I would resist them. After giving myself time and asking myself questions I’ve unearthed some of the feelings toward my resistance. Those feelings were based on limiting beliefs about myself and abilities. If I hold limiting beliefs about myself then I cannot really believe either of these quotes. Only when I release those limiting beliefs can these messages get through on more than just and intellectual level because they talk of self-reliance and faith in self and abilities – endless potential.

~ How does it FEEL to read these words?
The more I read the words the more real they become to me, the less resistance I feel toward them.

~ What shifts will you need to make to be living in alignment with this prosperous perspective?
I must shift my energy and beliefs about myself. I must let go of any and all negative or limiting beliefs I hold toward myself. As long as I hold self-doubt, criticize or berate myself, hold back out of fear of failure or fear of success – allow fear to overrule my desires – I am holding myself back from my true being, my potential, my true self.
